Webcams for stop motion
Microsoft LifeCam or Logitech C910 HD Pro Webcam

At a project creation, in the Settings window select Microsoft LifeCam.
Uncheck 'Previewing' and click 'Video Format' button. Next set proper resolution.
Check 'Previewing' and click 'SET', then click 'OK' to close the settings window.
